Welcome to 7th grade! I am so excited to have you in my class this year! Our goal for the year is to learn to read, write, and think like historians and to look at texts, maps, pictures, and more through a historical view. We will be learning about many countries and cultures very different from our own.

We will also spend time expanding your vocabulary and analytical skills. Discussion, both speaking and listening, as well as working in collaboration with others will play a large role in class to help you prepare for the college and career world. I look forward to spending the year with you!
